Enlarge the kitchen toward the dining room, add more counter space, create more storage with a central island and integrate areas to display decorative items – this was our mandate for clients in LaSalle.
We created a piece that runs all around the kitchen as well as a decorative sideboard for an enlarged effect. For storage, we employed smart solutions to make everyday task easier, like a pull-out spice rack, sliding pantry shelves and bins for the garbage and recycling.
We chose high-gloss acrylic in the color Gabbiano and quartz counters to pull the contemporary look together. The hardwood floor was retained and restored.
